DirectMe® Platform

A combination of smart hardware and intuitive software designed to assist people who are blind or visually impaired with real-time environmental awareness.

How DirectMe® Works

DirectMe enhances your current mobility tools, including your white cane and O&M techniques. It's designed to fit your lifestyle, not change it.

DirectMe connects three intelligent tools that work together through the GoVivid App

Seymour

Seymour is a compact device that attaches easily to your white cane. It identifies room coordinates, specific objects, obstacles, elevation changes, and hazards—including those above cane height—and delivers that information through your headphones.”

Iris

Iris is a lightweight, head-worn sensor that tracks your orientation and surroundings. It enables 3D audio cues that match your real-world movement, helping you sense where walls, doorways, and people are around you so you can move with natural awareness.
