What We Promise You

Your Data Belongs to You

We collect only what we need to make the products work. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising. If you close your account, we delete your data within 30 days (except records we are legally required to keep, like transaction history).

We use Google's Gemini AI to power scene description and our AI companion. Images and voice are processed in real time and are not permanently stored. See our full Privacy Policy at www.govividco.com/legal/Privacy_Policy.

AI Has Limits - and We'll Always Tell You

Our AI features are powerful, but not perfect. Sometimes AI can be confidently wrong - this is called a "hallucination." We will always be transparent about this.

Always double-check AI output for:

Medication labels or dosage information

Financial documents, checks, or legal contracts

Navigation directions in complex or hazardous environments

Any safety-critical information

Safety Always Comes First

Our products are designed to make life better - not to take risks with your safety. That is why we are clear about what our tools cannot do.

  • GV Discover and DirectMe SUPPLEMENT white canes, guide dogs, and O&M training. They do not replace them.

  • Never use our apps or devices to cross a street or navigate vehicular traffic.

  • Our services are not emergency systems. Always call 911 in a real emergency.

Children & Minors

Users under 13 may not use our services. Users ages 13 to 17 require a completed Parental Consent Form before accessing GoVivid products. Parents can download the form at www.govividco.com/legal/Consent_Form. 

Parents may request, update, or delete their child's data at any time by contacting hello@govivid.ai.

 If Something Goes Wrong

We want to fix problems quickly and fairly. If you have a concern:

  • Start with us directly - most issues are resolved without escalation.
    Email hello@govivid.ai or call (870) 468-4843.

  • For legal or contractual disputes - contact legal@govivid.ai.
    We commit to good-faith negotiation before any formal process.

  • For individuals: If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, our Terms of Service use binding arbitration (AAA Consumer Rules).

  • For institutions: The MSA uses Texas courts (Fort Worth) as the exclusive forum after a 60-day executive negotiation period.
